Analysis plots
Time waveform
Live and static time waveform of the raw signal.
Frequency spectrum (FFT)
Live and static spectrum to pinpoint the frequencies behind high vibration.
Orbit & shaft centreline
Shaft motion and position inside the bearing.
Bode plot
Amplitude and phase versus speed during run-up and coast-down. Needs a tachometer input. What is a Bode plot?
Cascade plot
Spectra stacked against speed. Needs a tachometer input.
Waterfall & harmonic orders
Spectra stacked over time, and vibration at running-speed orders.
Reporting and history
Export plots for reports and view historical plots – available in OLIVER Advanced and Extreme only.
Data acquisition
Raw-signal analysis needs a data acquisition (DAQ) unit. OLIVER Advanced works with proven DAQ hardware from NI, Gantner or another make, chosen to suit the project. OLIVER Basic, Advanced and Extreme support MODBUS RTU/TCP, OPC UA, MQTT, Profinet, HART and more, and a Zoho IoT cloud connection is available on request for these three editions.
Works with IRD online systems: IRD8800 MPS, IRD7100 MPT, IRD7200 MST, IRD7400 and IRD591 sensors, plus third-party devices over MODBUS.
Configuration included
Like every OLIVER edition, this one includes OLIVER Configuration: password-protected viewing and amending of unit, full scale, alarm and trip set points, sensor sensitivity and more on the IRD8800 over MODBUS RTU or TCP. See OLIVER Configuration →
