IRD8520 Dual-Channel Vibration Transmitter with Colour Display
Made in India, the IRD8520 monitors two IEPE/ICP accelerometers continuously in a compact 96 × 96 mm panel-mount enclosure. A 3.5" colour TFT shows the live value at the machine, and the value turns yellow on Alarm and red on Trip. Each channel provides an isolated 4–20 mA output, a 1:1 AC buffered output, and Alarm and Trip relays. RS485 Modbus RTU links it to a DCS, PLC or SCADA, and to the Zoho IoT cloud platform for remote monitoring.

FAQs
Which sensors does it accept? IEPE/ICP accelerometers, 100 mV/g.
Can it connect to my PLC? Yes, through the isolated 4–20 mA output or RS485 Modbus RTU.
What happens if a sensor fails? The output drops to 2.8 mA and the display flashes "Tx Fail".
Can the relays be fail-safe? The relays cannot be configured as fail-safe. Because both C and NC contacts are provided, the external circuit can be wired for fail-safe operation.
Does it work with the cloud? Yes, it connects to Zoho IoT.
