IRD521 - Single Axis Top Exit Accelerometer 100mV/g with 2 Pin MS Connector
IRD521 is a Versatile Vibration Sensor. It can be used with Portable Instruments like Vibration Meters and Vibration Analysers. It can also be used with Vibration Monitoring Systems like Transmitters and Protection Systems. It is a Contact Type Vibration Sensor and provides a Voltage Output proportional to Vibration Acceleration. This output is also known as the Sensitivity of the Sensor and is denoted in mV/g. Standard IRD521 that is Single Axis, Top Exit and with 2 Pin MS Connector has a Nominal Sensitivity of 100mV/g +/- 10%. For process connection it has a 1/4"-28UNF Female Thread on its base. We can provide IRD521 with required accessories for mounting - be it a magnet or stud or mounting pad. IRD521 is an IEPE type Vibration Sensor and can be ordered in Shear or Compression construction. It has a Hermetically Sealed IP68 rated Body
IRD521XYZ - Triaxial Side Exit Accelerometer 100mV/g
IRD521XYZ is a Triaxial Vibration Sensor. Each Axis (X, Y and Z) is labelled on the surface of Sensor for convenience and each axis provides 100mV/g output. The Sensor has a 4 Pin Side Exit Connector for connection a Portable Instrument or Online System. For Process connection - IRD521XYZ has a M6 x 1 Bolt. We can provide IRD521XYZ with required accessories for mounting - be it a magnet or mounting pad. IRD521XYZ is an IEPE type Vibration Sensor and has a Hermetically Sealed IP68 rated Body

IRD531 is a Top Exit Single Axis Velometer that provides Vibration Velocity Output with a Sensitivity of 4 mV/mm/sec. This sensor is used by our Vibration Meter IRD531. This Sensor can also be used for Online Casing Vibration Monitoring via our Transmitters IRD7200, IRD7400 and IRD7100. IRD532 is a Top Exit Single Axis Velometer that provides Vibration Velocity Output with a Sensitivity of 4 mV/mm/sec. This Sensor can also be used for Online Casing Vibration Monitoring via our Transmitters IRD7200, IRD7400 and IRD7100. This Sensor can also be used with our API670 Compliant Machinery Protection System IRD8800. For process connection it has a 1/4"-28UNF Female Thread on its base. We can provide IRD532 with required accessories for mounting - be it a magnet or stud or mounting pad. IRD532 is an IEPE type Vibration Sensor and can be ordered in Shear or Compression construction. It has a Hermetically Sealed IP68 rated Body. IRD532 has Integral SS Braided Cable that can be ordered for a minimum length of 5 meters and maximum length of 30 meters.

These Sensors are popular in the Industry because of being economical, easy-to-setup, easy-to-maintain and their ability to be scaled easily. These Sensors can connect to Plant DCS/PLC/SCADA and even to the Cloud and thus prove to be versatile
