Introduction
IRD Mechanalysis Limited has been a Condition Monitoring Solutions provider to the World since 1962. Also commonly referred to as 'IRD' - the Solutions range from Portable Instruments to Online Systems for Vibration, Temperature, Speed, Gap, Bearing and Turbine Monitoring. IRD provides Din-Rail mounted Machinery Signal Transmitter (MST) IRD7200 Series. This does 24 x 7, 365 days Vibration Monitoring. The Salient features of this system are:
- Can be mounted on Standard 35mm Din-Rail
- Can be ordered for Casing Vibration or Shaft Vibration with matching Sensor
- Works on 24 V DC Power Input. Very Low Power Consumption.
- Provides 4-20mA and 0-5V DC Output proportional to Full Scale
- 1:1 Buffered Output can be made available on BNC or Terminals (as ordered)

For Refinery, Petrochemical and other Oil & Gas applications - we provide IRD7200 enclosed in an Explosion Proof Box that is rated for use in Zone 0, Zone 1 or Zone 2 - as per requirements. We pre-wire the Box for Power Input, Signal Input and Current Output. We can also provide Display on Lid to indicate Live Vibration value.

For a Refinery in North India and for their AFC Fans - we provided 12 Channels of Vibration Monitoring via IRD7200 in an Explosion Proof Box. This Box is looking after 6 AFC Fans. It is pre-wired for Power Input, Signal Input, Current Output and Local Display. It is also equipped with Safety Barriers per Channel for added layer of Protection in Hazardous Areas like Zone 0, Zone 1 and Zone 2
14 Channels of Vibration Monitoring via IRD7200 in CRCA Enclosure 800 x 600 x 300 mm for Irrigation Project in Karnataka, India
For an Irrigation Project in Karnataka, India - we provided 14 Channels of Vibration Monitoring via IRD7200. The Customer required MODBUS RTU Output and the same was pre-wired and provided. The Customer also required a Computer software to view, trend and report the measurements - for which we provided our own Vibration Monitoring Software OLIVER and used Data Acquisition hardware NI cDAQ to acquire the measurements and convey the same to OLIVER over Ethernet
