Vibration Analysis
Our engineers measure and analyse vibration to judge machine health against severity charts such as ISO 10816, identify causes including unbalance, misalignment, looseness, resonance and electrical faults, and recommend corrective action. Work can cover pumps, fans, turbines and other rotating equipment.
In-Situ Dynamic Balancing
We balance rotors on site to remove unbalance without unnecessary strip-down, bringing vibration back within acceptable limits on pumps, fans, turbines and similar machines.
Lube Oil Analysis
We support sample collection and analysis of bearing lubricants to help detect lubrication-related faults early.
Laser Alignment
We laser-align coupled machines across the coupling to correct misalignment that drives high vibration and premature bearing wear.
Thermography
We use thermal imaging to spot abnormal heat on rotating equipment and related electrical or mechanical connections that point to developing faults.
How we deploy
One-time service: An expert is deployed once against a work order and completes the agreed scope in a single visit of agreed duration, then submits an analysis report with recommendations.
Periodic visits: An expert visits at an agreed interval for vibration measurement and analysis, so you can trend machine health and plan maintenance. A report is provided after each visit.
Annual Maintenance Contract: A team of helpers, data collectors and analysts is deputed as needed for the site, supporting day-to-day care of your rotary assets.
