IRD591 - 4-20mA Output Loop Powered Vibration Sensors
IRD591 is a family of Loop Powered Vibration Sensors that provide 4-20 mA DC output proportional to a preset Full Scale Range. These sensors are extremely popular and easy to install and use. When the Vibration is 0 - the current output of the sensor is 4 mA DC and when the Vibration is Full Scale - the current output of the sensor is 20 mA DC. When connection to sensor breaks - the current output diminishes to 0 mA DC. This ease and simplicity allows for large-scale implementation of these Sensors as these can be directly hooked up to DCS/PLC/SCADA
These are available in different full scale ranges like 0-10 mm/sec RMS, 0-20 mm/sec RMS, 0-25 mm/sec RMS, 0-50 mm/sec RMS and 0-100 mm/sec RMS with the most common stock option being 0-25 mm/sec RMS
