We install, test and hand over your IRD online monitoring system
Our trained engineers test your system in our factory, help erect it at your site, commission it, prove it works, and train your team before handing it over. You get one team responsible from the first test to the last sign-off.
What we commission
We commission IRD online monitoring and protection systems, including:
- IRD8800 API 670 compliant vibration monitoring system
- IRD7100 machinery protection transmitter
- IRD7200 and IRD7400 monitoring systems
- Vibration, displacement, speed and temperature sensors connected to these systems
- Related online systems, including panels, cabling and outputs to your DCS or PLC

How a commissioning job runs
- FAT — we test the system at our factory, with you watching if you wish.
- Ship — the tested system is packed and dispatched to your site.
- Erect — panels, sensors and cabling are installed and fitted.
- Commission on site — our engineers power up, configure and check every channel.
- SAT — we prove at your site that the system works as agreed.
- Demo and training — we show your operators how to use and look after it.
- Handover — you receive the working system and its documents.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Before anything leaves our factory, we test the complete system against the agreed specification. You are welcome to attend, or we can share the results with you. Problems are caught here, not at your site.
Erection and fabrication
We can fabricate and erect panels, mount sensors and route cabling, or supervise your contractor while they do it. Either way, the installation is set up the way the system needs to work.
On-site commissioning
Our engineers power up the system at your plant, set it up for your machines, and check every channel, alarm and output. We fix any issues before moving to acceptance.
Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
Once the system is running, we test it with you on site to show it meets the agreed requirements. You sign off only when you are satisfied.
Demonstration and operator training
Our trained engineers demonstrate the system and teach your operators and maintenance staff how to read it, respond to alarms and carry out basic checks. Your team is ready to use it from day one.

Choose the arrangement that suits your project:
- Per day — for short jobs or extra support.
- Per visit — for a fixed piece of work in one trip.
- Lump sum — one price for the whole commissioning job.
