On-Line Investigation of Vibration in Equipments and Rotary Machines
OLIVER is a User Friendly software that is Homegrown by IRD Mechanalysis Limited (IRD) in India. It is built upon the decades of experience of IRD in the field of Vibration Based Condition Monitoring. OLIVER is also able to integrate parameters other than Vibration like Speed, Temperature, Pressure, Flow and more. It is also able to harness the power of Industrial Communication Protocols like MODBUS, Profinet, HART, OPC UA and more.
OLIVER is the right addition to a Vibration or Condition Monitoring System. It provides display of Live Values, Trends, Plots (Orbit, Waterfall, Cascade, Bode, etc.) and enables user to make data-driven decisions and effectively carry out Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
OLIVER can be Customised to match the Channel Count, User Interface and Specific requirements of each Unique Project. It can be purchased in 3 variants:
- OLIVER Basic - Gives Live and Historic Values, Trends and ability to Configure IRD8800 remotely
- OLIVER Advanced - All of OLIVER Basic plus Plots made using Raw Signal - like Waveform, Spectrum, Orbit, Bode, Waterfall and more
- OLIVER Extreme - All of OLIVER Extreme plus the ability to predict time to failure as well as suggest the most likely cause of High Vibration and help in Diagnostics
OLIVER Basic
- Ability to view the following data:
- Live Values and Trend of Upto 500 Channels when connected on MODBUS RTU (Channel Count depends on Project Size)
- Live Values and Trend of As many channels as required (No Limit) when connected on MODBUS TCP
- Historical Values and Trends of All Channels
- Export of Data to Excel
- Can connect to a variety of On-Line Monitoring Systems of IRD such as IRD8800, IRD7100, IRD7200, IRD7400 and IRD591
- Can also integrate other Process Parameters such as Temperature, Speed, etc. via MODBUS link from External Third-Party Device
- Screens can be customised to Customer and Project requirements
OLIVER Advanced
- All the Features of Oliver Basic along with the below mentioned extra features
- Ability to view the following Plots:
- Live and Static Time Waveform
- Live and Static Frequency Spectrum (FFT)
- Orbit Plot and Shaft-Centerline
- Bode Plot (Run Up and Coast Down. Needs Tachometer Input)
- Cascade Plot (needs Tachometer Input)
- Waterfall Plot
- Harmonic Orders
- Data Acquisition done via Tried and Tested DAQ Hardware from National Instruments (NI) using cDAQ or cRIO (based on Project requirements)
