IRD811 is our Made in India Analog Vibration Meter cum Spike Energy™ Detector. It is able to measure Vibration Acceleration in g pk, Vibration Velocity in mm/sec pk as well as mm/sec RMS and Vibration Displacement in microns pk-pk. For Displacement measurement it has filtered 1400 CPM mode and normal 350 CPM. The 1400 CPM mode acts as a High Pass Filter and does not allow Displacement signals below 1400 CPM to creep into the measurement - this is particularly useful during offshore and marine vibration measurements. It measures Spike Energy™ (gSE) that helps inform Anti Friction (Rolling Element) bearing condition and helps in planning for bearing maintenance. It has Battery Check function for low battery indication and runs on 9V battery.
