Mr. M. P. Srivastava has 50+ years of Industrial experience and is our most sought after Trainer for all Training programs. He is a seasoned Vibration Analyst trained to Level 5 by IRD Mechanalysis USA. We have lost count on the number of problems that Mr. Srivastava has solved for countless Customers across India and the World. 

He did his Masters from IIT Kharagpur and Bachelors from Bihar University and has worked in the field of Condition Monitoring and Maintenance Management for big Corporates such as Siemens, ESSAR (Now AMNS), L&T and TATA. 

He is also the Managing Director of IRD Mechanalysis Limited. When he is not busy running Operations, he loves discussing Condition Monitoring and Reliability with like-minded people.

Mr. Misal Anand is a graduate from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Surat. He has 9 years of Industrial experience and is a certified Level-3 Vibration Analyst from IRD Mechanalysis Limited. He has conducted several Training programs across India on the subjects of Condition Monitoring and Vibration Analysis. He also has vast experience in solving difficult Vibration Analysis problems and is an expert in operating different Vibration Analyzers. 

Mr. Misal Anand also overlooks Global Sales for IRD Mechanalysis Limited. He actively gets involved in selecting the right Vibration Sensors and Monitoring Systems for the unique requirements of Customers. He also has hand-on experience in Calibration and Commissioning of sophisticated Vibration Monitoring Systems. 

When he is not busy managing Global Sales, he loves to travel with his family, eat sumptuous food and watch Formula 1. Being a Formula 1 fan, he always loves precision and speed in his work and encourages his team to follow the same.

Mr. Anil Dhokare carries rich experience in the field of Vibration Sensor Selection, Calibration of Vibration Monitoring Systems, Repairs of Vibration Monitoring Systems and Commissioning of Vibration Monitoring Systems. He has been associated with IRD Mechanalysis Limited for over 30 years now. 

In Training programs, he helps teach the topics of Vibration Sensor Selection and Vibration Monitoring System selection. He also helps in conducting practical demonstration of different types of Vibration Monitoring equipments.
