IRD8800 series M88008 rack is a 5U high rack that has the ability to house 8 Nos. of IRD8800 series monitoring cards. The Backplane of the rack provides terminals for connection of signal input, current output, Alarm and Trip relay contacts as well as several others. The Backplane also houses redundant RS485 connectors for MODBUS RTU or MODBUS TCP/IP output.
It accepts power from two different sources thereby providing redundancy in power supply.
