FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
Much before an On-Line Monitoring System or Portable Instrument is dispatched to site - we allow our Customers to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) on the material to be supplied (if specified in the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)). This helps the Customer in gaining confidence that the material that they are purchasing will work trouble-free at site - because during FAT - we simulate real world vibrations and conditions
SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
If required by the User/Purchaser - we also help conduct site acceptance tests like Functional checks and Calibration checks - before the system is put into normal operation. FAT and SAT coupled together form a firm record that establishes the proper functionality and calibration of the supplied system
On-Site Commissioning
Once material reaches site - we help by sending an engineer or team for commissioning of the material - no matter how remote the site is. The team is trained and qualified and assists in Commissioning the system to its optimal settings and as per the requirements of the user. The team then also provides a demo of the system as well as training to users on how to maintain and operate the system - thereby instilling confidence in the user on the supplied system
Erection and Fabrication Services
If the user/purchaser requires us to arrange personnel for carrying out erection of sensors, cables and fabrication of structures for mounting of transmitters and systems - then we provide the required manpower and tools for carrying out erection and fabrication on-site - thereby customising the system to user requirements
Trained and Qualified Engineers
Each member of our Commissioning team is trained rigorously and comprehensively to be able to carry out all required Visual, Dimensional, Functional and Calibration Checks
