RTD - Temperature Sensors
We source RTD Temperature Sensors as per Project or Order requirements. These sensors use Element Pt-100 and are usually 3 Wire of Simplex type. These sensors use change in Resistance to sense Temperature change. The Cable is of desired length and is FEP/FEP Insulated Ss Braided Flexible Cable. Aspects such as Case Material, Sheath Dia, Fitting thread and Length of RTD are customisable as per requirements
IRD515 - Vibration cum Temperature Sensor
IRD515 is a Vibration cum Temperature Sensor. It has a 4 Pin M12 connector and it provides both AC Acceleration output in mV/g as well as Temperature PT100 output. It can be mounted on the bearing surface close to the source of Vibration and Temperature. It will provide the contact surface vibration that can be measured in Acceleration, Velocity or Displacement using the right instrumentation. It will also provide the contact surface temperature which can be measured using the right instrumentation.
IRD7100 Machinery Protection Transmitter for Temperature
IRD7100 Machinery Protection Transmitter (MPT) is a family of Field Mountable Transmitters made by IRD. For Temperature measurement - it comes in 2 variants - one for only Temperature measurement and the other for Vibration and Temperature Measurement (as shown in picture). It will accept RTD or IRD515 PT100 Temperature Input and can be made as Single, Dual or Four Channel variants. It provides Instantaneous display of Temperature, 4-20 mA output, Alarm and Trip Relay Contacts and Indication

IRD8800 Machinery Protection System (MPS) is a family of Rack mounted monitoring system made by IRD. It has modules for measurement of Vibration, Temperature, Speed, Axial Gap and more. The modules accept Redundant Power Input and are hot swappable and comply to API 670 requirements.
The Temperature monitoring module M88950 is a Four Channel module that provides live display of Temperature along with a Bargraph for Indication, 4-20 mA output, MODBUS Output and Alarm Relay Contacts and Indication. It accepts RTD or IRD515 PT100 as Temperature Input. It has a password protected menu accessible via Keypad at front - that allows for quick and easy viewing or changing of settings. Full Scale, Measurement Units, Alarm Setpoints, Delay and Hysterisis can be easily set to preference using the password protected menu.
