On-Premise Training

We provide On-Premise Training to Companies who wish to get the training conducted specifically for them and at their own premises.

Salient Features of this Option

  • The trainer travels to the premises with all tools and course material required for conduct of the Training.
  • The dates are mutually decided based on availability of both the trainers as well as the participants.
  • All participants receive handouts in the form of a training manual.
  • They also receive participation certificate (irrespective of passing the test) and certification (on passing the test).

Vibration Analysis CAT-I

About the Course: This course is in accordance to ISO 18436. Individuals Trained and Certified to Category I are recognized as being qualified to perform a range of machinery vibration condition monitoring data collection and Basic analysis activities. They can identify and interpret test results, understand alert conditions against a pre-established alert settings and perform limited diagnostics. 


Course Duration: 4 Days including Training and Certification


Course Eligibility: 6 months of work experience


Vibration Analysis CAT-II

About the Course: This course is in accordance to ISO 18436. Individuals Trained and Certified to Category II are recognized as being qualified to perform a range of machinery vibration condition monitoring data collection and Advanced analysis activities. They can identify and interpret test results, understand alert conditions against a pre-established alert settings and perform diagnostics. 


Course Duration: 4 Days including Training and Certification


Course Eligibility: 18 months of work experience


Vibration Analysis CAT-III

About the Course: This course is in accordance to ISO 18436. Individuals Trained and Certified to Category III are recognized as being qualified to perform a range of advanced machinery vibration condition monitoring data collection and Advanced analysis activities. They can identify and interpret test results, understand alert conditions against a pre-established alert settings and perform advanced diagnostics. 


Course Duration: 4 Days including Training and Certification


Course Eligibility: CAT II and 36 months of work experience


Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)

About the Course: Reliability Centered Maintenance or RCM orients Maintenance and Reliability Executives in planning and analyzing equipment behaviour vis-a-vis maintenance actions. RCM talks about known failures and possible failures in future. The analysis reveals a means to mitigate such failures and reduce their impact on production

operation. If practiced with sincerity and continuity it is capable of bringing immense gains in terms of making production system reliable and dependable.
